In an attempt to upgrade, improve and coordinate the cultural strategy of Limassol, the project "Limassol Cultural Mapping" was created in 2015 by the Coordinating Council of Limassol Cultural Associations in collaboration with the Visual Sociology and Museum Studies Lab (VSMS Lab) of the Cyprus University of Technology and the Municipality of Limassol, with the aim of creating an online map of the city, recording therefore the cultural identity of Limassol.
The project, which started back in 2012, involved every social, cultural and political actor of the city (through an Open Call for participation, for both associations and independent artists), while its implementation was made possible thanks to the invaluable contribution and hard work of the following people:

Project supervision and coordination: Diamanto Stylianou (Member of the CCLCA Administrative Board (2011-today)) and Evros Alexandrou (Member of the CCLCA Administrative Board (2007-))
